As my wife and I looked for our first home, Rob listened to all of our housing requirements/preferences and helped us locate the perfect home in our price range. Rob is very responsive and attentive. I bought and sold a home with him. During the purchasing process he was careful to show me all of the options and share his expertise of the area with me. This helped my family and me land in a perfect location that met all of our needs. When it came time to sell our home Rob worked hard to market it in the best way possible. The market was very low at that time and he worked with me several times a week to ensure we were optimized on the price and aware of the local market. With his help we were able to sell the home in the desired timeframe and for a price that was very reasonable for the market condition. When I do eventually move back to the area Rob will be the first person I call!!!

We wanted to take advantage of the buyer’s market during 2010-2011, as a financial investment and to get a bigger house – but beyond our greatest expectations, Rob ultimately found our dream home. He intently listened to our specific interests, protected and educated us on market values and trends, and consistently came through with creative ideas. Rob was extremely patient and more interested in the investment that was right for us as opposed to making a “quick sale.” We tortured Rob by making him take us to see dozens of homes over a period of several months, and not once did he ever show the hint of frustration or fatigue. Rob was always available, extremely reliable, dependable and knowledgeable. And to top it off he is a lot of fun. We give Rob two big thumbs up.

There are few moments in life where you want the best. When you or someone you love is sick/pregnancy- you want the best doctor, your kids education- you want the best teachers... looking for a home - you want the best realtor. I have lived in a 2br apt in Manhattan, NY for 14 years and we have slowly filled it with our 6 kids. I have special needs and concerns relocating. I have not made this an easy process for Rob. We flew into Utah for one day and he figured us out in that short time. He has since shown us dozens of homes and I am completely confident that at the end of this journey we are going to have the perfect situation for our specific needs. He is hard working, honest, kind, and knowledgeable. I feel like he is personally invested on meeting our needs. I can not recommend him enough. He is a gift to the field.
